1. About SkiLessonFinder
SkiLessonFinder is an online marketplace that helps tourists discover and contact ski instructors and ski schools in Switzerland. We are not a ski school, we do not employ instructors, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a ski school or instructor. We provide the technology platform only.
2. Booking requests
When you submit a booking request through our platform, you are sending an enquiry directly to the ski school or instructor. SkiLessonFinder does not guarantee availability, confirm bookings, or process payments. The final booking contract is between you and the ski school or instructor. We are not liable for cancellations, changes, or disputes arising from that relationship.
3. User accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Listing accuracy
Ski schools and instructors are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, pricing, and availability information. SkiLessonFinder does not verify all information and makes no warranty regarding its accuracy. Always confirm details directly with the provider before paying for a lesson.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use SkiLessonFinder to: post false or misleading information; harass or harm other users; attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid a future marketplace fee; scrape or copy content without permission; or violate any applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
All content on SkiLessonFinder — including text, design, code, and logos — is the property of SkiLessonFinder or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, SkiLessonFinder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from ski lessons booked through it. Our maximum liability to you in any matter shall not exceed CHF 100.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
